The Band’s and Biscuits promotion is open to legal residents of OH, IN, MI, WV, NY, MD, DE, MO, IL, PA, NC, FL, KS, KY, VA, SC or TN who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Bob Evans, the Pepsi-Cola Company, and their immediate family members are not allowed to enter.
