I’m in Hannaford 3-4 times per week. I really like the fresh produce and meat deals. I AM disappointed that they took the butcher case out of my local store though.
We always shop at Hannafords in Saco or if going up Route One we will run into the Scarborough store

I am a regular Hannaford customer and have been for quite a while. I was very disappointed to see the customer service in the Gardner Mass. store disappear. I have no idea who’s claiming credit for that brainstorm it is obvious they had no regard for the customer. There are several points I could give but I’ll refrain because I have another grievance which again could possibly have been resolved at a Customer service booth. Point 1 on cust. service window On several occasions I have been in a bit of a rush and jumped in the 14 item line and the customer presents the cashier with a wad of tickets to cash in. Point 2 returning damaged or bad produce is a nightmare because you need to stand in line waiting for others to check out then you con make your return and move on to shopping .
I also have an issue with your Hannaford rewards I had quite an accumulation of rewards last quarte rand because I was away in Maine which you can track because I put in my rewards # in your Saco store I lost them because I did not cash them in in time. THATS BULL**** I also belong to Sams Club there is no restriction on cashing in my rewards. My cashier said just use your app well if you don’t have a cell phone you won’t have an app.
