The Tell Dunkin’ Donuts Customer Survey MUST be competed within 3 days of making the purchase and is open to all legal residents of the United States.

In order to start the survey please visit TellDunkin.com Free Donut. The customer will need to enter the 18 digit survey code from the Dunkin’ Donuts customer survey receipt (those who do not have this code can still take the survey by providing the date of purchase, time of purchase, and the 6 digit store number).
