The Wendy’s Data Breach Settlement proposed amount is 3.4 million dollars. Claim forms must be filed by 3/21/2019.
The lawsuit claims Wendy’s failed to protect consumer information in the data breach.

Simply visit WendysDataBreachSettlement.com and click on the orange color “file claim” icon in the top right hand corner of the screen.

- CLICK HERE if you would like to print and mail a claim form with supporting documentation.
Class members will be asked to provide their name, address, phone number, and email address when filing a claim.

Also remember that all claims are being submitted under penalty of perjury.
Who can file a claim?
United States residents who made purchases with their credit or debit card between 10/25/2015 to 6/28/2016 and had their personal information compromised in the data breach.

The Wendy’s Data Breach Settlement is entitled Torres, et al. v. Wendy’s International LLC, and is listed as case number.
The lawsuit is pending in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
